1. Introduction
Welcome to BASCH. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). BASCH may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be communicated via the app or registered email.
2. Definitions
BASCH – The platform enabling tournament listings, player registrations, payments, and bookings.
Organiser – Individual, academy, or institution hosting a tournament.
Player – Any individual registering to participate.
Service Fees – BASCH commission, payment gateway fees, and taxes.
3. Eligibility
Users must be legally competent under Indian law. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent. Users confirm all registration details are true and accurate.
4. Role of BASCH
BASCH is a facilitator, not a direct organiser (except official BASCH events). Organisers are responsible for event execution, safety and accuracy. BASCH is not liable for accidents, weather, cancellations or disputes during tournaments.
5. Player Responsibilities
Players must provide accurate registration details, follow organiser rules, and refrain from misconduct. Repeated reports of misconduct may lead to suspension.
6. Organiser Responsibilities
Organisers must provide accurate event details, publish results within 48 hours, refund when appropriate, and comply with local laws and safety requirements.
7. Withdrawals, Refunds & Cancellations
Withdrawal deadlines set by the organiser. Refunds before the deadline (minus payment gateway fee). No refunds after deadline. Cancelled events: full refund. Postponed events: players unable to attend must be refunded. Refunds processed within 7–10 working days. BASCH may withhold organiser payouts until refunds are cleared.
8. Service Fees & Payments
BASCH charges commission and gateway fees. Fees are non-refundable. Payouts are settled regularly, net of refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
Organisers may only upload content they have rights to. By uploading content, users grant BASCH a non-exclusive license to use it for display and promotion. Misuse of third-party IP is prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data
BASCH collects and stores user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using BASCH you consent to these practices.
11. Disputes & Resolution
Players should first raise disputes with organisers. BASCH may mediate. BASCH's decision on refunds and disputes is final. Legal disputes fall under Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
12. Account Suspension
BASCH may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, false information, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
13. Limitation of Liability
BASCH is not responsible for venue conditions, referee decisions, or cancellations. BASCH's liability is limited to the service fees charged for the specific transaction.
14. Governing Law & Acceptance
These Terms are governed by Indian law. By using the BASCH app or clicking "I Agree" you accept these Terms & Conditions.
