1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on BASCH for tournament registrations and court bookings. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Tournament Registration Refunds
Before Registration Deadline: Refunds are available if requested before the tournament registration deadline. A processing fee of 10% or ₹100 (whichever is higher) may be deducted.
After Registration Deadline: Once the registration deadline has passed, refunds are generally not available unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizer.
Organizer Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer, full refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Court Booking Refunds
Cancellation 24+ Hours Before: Full refund minus a processing fee of ₹50.
Cancellation 12-24 Hours Before: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation Less Than 12 Hours: No refund available.
Venue Cancellation: If the venue cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
4. Withdrawal Requests
Players can submit withdrawal requests through the app. The approval and refund amount are at the discretion of the tournament organizer. Once approved by the organizer, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration or booking.
Payment Gateway Delays: Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Payment gateway processing fees
- No-show bookings (where the player does not appear for their scheduled time)
- Partial tournament participation (once matches have begun)
- Services already rendered or consumed
7. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, BASCH and organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone events. In such cases, refunds will be processed at the discretion of the organizer.
8. Disputes
For any refund disputes or concerns, please contact the tournament organizer first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may reach out to BASCH support for mediation. Final decisions on refunds rest with BASCH and are binding.
9. How to Request a Refund
For Tournaments: Submit a withdrawal request through the BASCH app. The organizer will review and approve/reject your request.
For Court Bookings: Cancel your booking through the app according to the cancellation policy mentioned above.

10. Changes to This Policy
BASCH reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
